About your registration:

       In order to register, you have to create a sciencesconf account. The creation of this account will allow us, the scientific committee, to easily communicate with you.

       During your registration, besides the "classic" information, we ask foreign attendees to specify their dates of arrival and departure, as well as the number of persons they are coming with. This will allow us to negotiate preferential rates in hotels of the city, for your benefit. The list of partner hotels will be available soon on the website.

       You will also be asked if you wish to give a talk or present a poster. This will allow us to have an idea of the number of requests to be handled in the meantime between your registration and the submission of your abstract (via the submit tab).

About your participation:

      Abstracts for talks and posters are to be submitted via the submit tab. It is also possible to submit your abstract before registering. However, please pay special attention to deadlines:

• Submission:  22/04/18
• Registration: 25/04/18

       For students whose talk have been selected, travel fees will be refunded up to 250 euro. Local students will be happy to host you free-of-charge at their place on Thursday evening and/or on Friday night. (Other accommodations such as hostels, and hotels are of course available but you will have to take care of the charges). Students will be contacted by e-mail when their talk has been accepted.
